The Guaycura Spa sits at Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal — the resort carved into the cliffs at Land's End where the Pacific Ocean and Sea of Cortez converge. Ten treatment rooms are built into the clifftop, each oriented toward the ocean. The arrival is part of the experience: guests enter via Cabo's famous private tunnel that passes through the mountain before opening to Pacific views.
Named for the indigenous Guaycura people of the Baja Peninsula, the spa uses locally sourced Baja minerals, volcanic stones, and desert plant ingredients in its treatment menu. Outside guests are accepted with advance reservations.

Pacific Horizon Couples Suite
Side-by-side treatment rooms with floor-to-ceiling Pacific views and synchronized massage. One of the most dramatically situated couples spa experiences in Los Cabos — the sound of waves below and unobstructed ocean horizon throughout.
Baja Desert Scrub & Wrap
A full-body exfoliation using Baja desert salt and agave extract, followed by a hydrating wrap with local plant oils. Designed for skin dehydrated by the desert climate and Cabo sun.
Deep Pacific Pressure Massage
A deep-tissue therapeutic massage using warm volcanic stones and targeted pressure techniques. Available at 60, 90, or 120 minutes. One of the most requested treatments among returning Waldorf guests.
Vitamin & Marine Collagen Facial
A results-oriented facial using marine collagen and plant-derived active ingredients — designed to address dehydration and sun exposure common in the Baja climate. Custom-adjusted by the esthetician at consultation.
Thermal Experience Circuit
A pre-treatment hydrotherapy sequence including steam room, cold plunge, and relaxation pool — recommended before any treatment to prepare the body. Complimentary with all 90-minute or longer bookings.

Outside guests can book spa treatments directly by calling the resort. The Waldorf's famous private tunnel entrance is the access point — a dramatically lit passageway carved through the Pedregal mountain that opens to Pacific views and the resort beyond. Valet parking is provided.
